dusal Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use dusal, an app and website (dusal.app) for learning the traditional Mongolian script. dusal is made by an individual developer, Ankhbayasgalan Davaadorj ("we", "us"). By using dusal, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. Who can use dusal
You must be 13 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian. If you allow a child to use dusal, you are responsible for that use.
2. Your account
- You sign in with your phone number. There is no password. To verify the number, you send a short code by SMS from your own phone to 150073, through the 2fa.mn service.
- Your mobile operator charges 150₮ for that SMS. We don't set this charge and we don't receive it. Other operator charges may also apply, such as mobile data.
- Only use a phone number that belongs to you. You're responsible for what happens on your account. If you lose your number or someone else gets it, tell us at info@dusal.app.
- One person, one account. Please don't create accounts to cheat the leagues.
3. Cost
We don't charge for dusal. It has no ads and no in-app purchases. Gems, chests and other in-app rewards have no money value. You can't buy them, sell them or exchange them for anything.
4. Fair use
Please don't:
- cheat or use bots, scripts or other automated tools to earn XP, gems or league places;
- try to break into, overload or reverse-engineer the service;
- use someone else's phone number;
- copy and republish the lesson content as your own product.
If someone breaks these rules, we may reset their progress, remove them from leagues or close their account.
5. Content
The lessons, illustrations, audio, the «Дусал» mascot and the dusal name and logo belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may use them for your own learning, and you may share screenshots of your progress. Historical texts used in the "Эх бичиг унших" (reading original texts) unit are credited in the app where required.
6. Leagues and rankings
League rankings are shown to other learners. Leagues reset every week, and the top 7 move up and the bottom 5 move down. We may change league rules, rewards and quests to keep things fair and fun.
7. Changes and availability
We're one person improving the app all the time. Features may change, be added or be removed. We try to keep dusal running, but we can't promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may stop the service. If we do, we'll give notice in the app where we reasonably can.
8. No warranty
dusal is provided "as is". We work hard on accurate lessons, but we don't guarantee that the content is complete or free of mistakes. If you spot one, please tell us.
9. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost progress or data, arising from your use of dusal. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have under consumer protection law and that can't be waived.
10. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time: Профайл → Тохиргоо → Бүртгэл устгах, or https://dusal.app/delete-account. We delete your data within 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. App stores
If you downloaded dusal from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for dusal or its support. For support, contact us.
12. Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll change the date above. For important changes, we'll tell you in the app first. If you keep using dusal after a change, you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. (Review: confirm the governing law and dispute venue.)
